Volunteer Duties & Tip Money Procedures

VOLUNTEER DUTIES:

Volunteers will assist with all areas assigned to us in each venue to include:

  • Beginning and ending inventory counts

  • Stocking beginning& ending inventory

  • Food preparation

  • Cash register duties

  • Beer portables (only if age 19 or older)

  • Food portables to include Dip in Dots, Taco, Steak & Gyro stands or others as assigned.

  • Shift Cleanup - All Dishes, sweeping, mopping, and inventory counts.

 

 

TIP MONEY:

  • Baxter Arena is the ONLY venue that lets us have Tip Jars out on the counters of the stand.

  • CHI Health Center, TD Ameritrade Park & FedEx Forum allows us to accept tips however we are not allowed to have tip jars out. A basket will be at each stand that you can use to hold any tip money. Please keep this out of sight.

  • Pinnacle Bank Arena does not allow us to accept tips??? No tips jars are allowed on the counters.

  • At the end of the shift please bring all tips to the Lead in Charge of the event. They will be announced on the gate lists.

  • All tip money will be deposited into the Just Dance, Inc account to be split at payouts. (This will be state/city specific.)

  • If no lead is available for an event take the tip money with you and then send a check to Just Dance, Inc for the total amount as well as emailing us to let us know the total.

  • !!!!!WARNING!!!!!: WITHHOLDING OR KEEPING ANY TIP MONEY WILL CONSTITUTE THEFT AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP AND ANY SHIFTS WORKED WILL BE LOST.
