Shift Sign Ups & Assignments


  • All sign up forms for the next months events will be posted no later than 30 days prior to those events. (Example October sign ups will be released by the end of August.)

  • All events will be put into the websites Calendar of Events no later than 30 days prior. See example above.



  • Each event will be listed on the Gate List page for that month.

  • Everyone that signs up for a particular shift will be placed on the gate list in the order it was received.

  • If you sign up for an event, plan on working it until final assignments have been emailed.

  • Final assignments will be announce on Sunday the week of the event based on what the event needs.

  • Any updates or venue requests will be sent out as soon as they are received.

  • If an event has been cancelled, on the Gate List that is sent out you will see "CANCELLED" in the "Still Needed" line of the Gate List.

  • Please be aware that stand assignments may change depending on the venue.

  • If Final gate lists and assignments have been sent out and you can't work your scheduled shift you MUST find your own replacement. You can do this by utilizing our Facebook groups to post those requests.
